HPC Sustainability

HPC Sustainability is an international effort to reduce the GreenHouse Gas (GHG) emissions of High Performance Computing (HPC). The TOP500 HPC Systems produce at least 2.7% of global GHG emissions. We want to reduce those emissions by 75% in five years. Achieving this goal will involve sharing data, coordinating research, and working with vendors. We can do this, together.
